1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to, accessing, or using the Netiptv4K service ("Service"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Netiptv4K ("we", "us", "our", "Company"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Netiptv4K provides a subscription-based Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming service that grants access to live television channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, and related media services. Our service includes:

• Access to 40,000+ live channels across multiple genres and countries.
• Video-on-demand library including movies and TV series.
• Streaming in HD, Full HD, and 4K Ultra HD quality where available.
• AntiFreeze technology for a smooth, buffer-free viewing experience.
• 24/7 technical support via WhatsApp and live chat.
• Compatibility with all major streaming devices and platforms.

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You must not be located in a country where the use of IPTV services is prohibited by law.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

4. Account & Subscription

4.1 Account Creation

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive login credentials (username and password) via email within 5–7 minutes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 Subscription Plans

Netiptv4K offers the following subscription plans:

• 1 Month Plan — $11.98 (billed once)
• 3 Month Plan — $26.98 (billed once)
• 6 Month Plan — $34.98 (billed once)
• 12 Month Plan — $49.98 (billed once)

4.3 Single Connection Policy

Each subscription is valid for one (1) simultaneous connection. Using your credentials on multiple devices at the same time is not permitted and may result in account suspension without refund. Additional connections require separate subscriptions.

5. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards
• American Express and Discover cards
• PayPal

All transactions are encrypted and secured. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate delivery of credentials upon payment, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
• Refunds are only considered if the service is technically non-functional and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
• No refunds will be issued if credentials have been successfully delivered and the service has been accessed.
• Refunds are not available for change of mind or dissatisfaction with channel availability.

7. Acceptable Use

By using Netiptv4K, you agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will:

• Use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing purposes.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of all content providers.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Use the Service only on devices you own or have authorization to use.

8. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing your account credentials or access to the Service without authorization.
• Using the Service for any commercial purpose, public broadcast, or public display.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract any software or technology used by Netiptv4K.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the Service.
• Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security or access control measures.
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any malicious software or harmful code.
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service or its servers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available through the Netiptv4K Service, including but not limited to live channels, movies, TV series, logos, trademarks, and software, is the property of their respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Netiptv4K grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Download, record, or copy any content from the Service.
• Distribute, publicly perform, or publicly display any content.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on any content.
• Use any content for commercial purposes without express written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NETIPTV4K DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
• Any specific channel or content will be available at any given time.
• The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any content available through the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NETIPTV4K SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

In no event shall Netiptv4K's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the three (3) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

Netiptv4K reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms of Service.
• Engaging in any prohibited activities as outlined in Section 8.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration.
• Non-payment or fraudulent payment activities.
• Any conduct that Netiptv4K determines, in its sole discretion, is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Termination for cause will not entitle you to any refund of unused subscription time.

13. Changes to Terms

Netiptv4K reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, we may also provide additional notice such as an email notification.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.
