Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal district court.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Netiptv4K has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat copyright infringers.

We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Limitation of Liability

Netiptv4K is a service provider and operates as a conduit for third-party content. We do not independently verify the copyright status of all content available through our platform. We act in good faith upon receiving valid DMCA notices and will take appropriate action promptly.

Netiptv4K shall not be liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized use of copyrighted materials by third parties or subscribers through our platform, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
